I check, every so often, to see if Amazon ever bundles Installing Linux on a Dead Badger with another book. Would they respond to the horror readers' purchasing habits and stack my book with a Brian Keene novel? Would they respond to the geek comic crowd and make ILDB a two-fer with User Friendly?

Nope. My book's getting all cozy with Futurama, at least today.
